Made reservation thru Open Table for pm. Arrived on time and was told to wait a few minutes. Then was told that others were ahead of us and it would be a little longer. Then noticed host was seating other patrons who were coming in without reservations. We waited 30 min. At no point did the host or manager apologize for the inconvenience of us waiting with a reservation. We will not be returning here again and we advise everyone not to make reservations and expect to be seated on time.
