Where can i find ogres in oblivion




















Since coming back from SI, I've seen plenty of Ogres. I knew monster encounters were based on level, but I didn't realize that region was a major factor as well. I guess it was just coincidence that none of the quests I was working on at the time were taking me to the mountainous regions were ogres live. Sure enough, when I went Bruma for some more Main Quest stuff, I fought through several ogres in a few minutes.

Did I cross some kind of threshold where the leveled enemy generation lists just don't work properly? I ask this question purely out of curiosity; I'm not desperate for ogre's teeth or anything and leveled enemies seem to be as tough as they should be. Reflect Spell will reverse the effects of this creature's spells, making them heal your magic or life instead of absorbing it.
