Otherwise you have to find a spot on the other side of 35 South. Dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches, at any time. You are allowed to walk your dog on the boardwalk in the off-season, that is the times of the year when there is no active lifeguard service. This does NOT mean you are allowed to walk your dog on the boardwalk when the lifeguards are off duty early morning or in the evening during the summer.
